Celebrate International Women’s Day on March 8

March 8th is International Women’s Day. It is a global day to recognize and celebrate the achievements of women and girls in social, cultural, political and economic realms. It is an opportunity for all to raise awareness, reflect, take actions and educate ourselves on Gender Equality, Gender Pay Gap, Women in Leadership, Gender Bias, Sexual Harassment, Stereotypes, Gender Expression and Gender Identity.

Investing serious efforts and resources into these areas is a way to build your corporate branding, develop an inclusive workplace culture, and attract/retain diverse talents.

BBC explains what International Women’s Day is about here.
